Quantum physics is a branch of physics that studies the properties of matter and energy at the smallest imaginable scale. You know ... the infinitely small (electron, proton ..). This physics is the basis of the structure of everything around us. It has practical applications in many fields, such as electronics, cryptography and medicine. For example, without it, we would not have smartphones, laptops or tablets. But what does this have to do with coaching? That's what I asked Jean-Pierre, coach at iNNERSHiP.  Because, in addition to bringing us all these numerous and powerful practical applications, quantum physics opens up new perspectives in the field of human understanding... and therefore of coaching! What do you think about it? I don't agree with the term "quantum coaching" which just uses the buzzword "quantum" without any basis. However, ignoring what quantum physics can teach us about our vision of reality is another mistake in my opinion. So I see 2 mistakes to avoid, in which it is easy to fall:   - using the magic of the word "quantum" all over the place without rigor (this is quite common). We speak of "quantum mysticism". - on the other hand, not wanting to consider the philosophical or even metaphysical significance of this physics by simply "calculating".    ## ![🛠️](https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/15.0/1f6e0_fe0f/72.png) So what are the concepts that we can use, as a coach?
